2. Eligibility for Refunds

a. Paid Self-Preparatory Platforms

For access to our self-preparatory platforms, including any pre-recorded courses or downloadable resources, refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

• • Within 7 Days of Purchase: If you have not accessed more than 10% of the content and request a refund within 7 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.

• • After 7 Days: Refunds will not be issued after 7 days from the date of purchase, or if more than 10% of the content has been accessed.

b. Live One-on-One Training

For live one-on-one training sessions:

• • Cancellation Before the First Session: If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before your first scheduled session, you are eligible for a full refund.

• • Cancellation After the First Session: Refunds will not be issued if the first session has already taken place, except in the first trial lesson or in exceptional circumstances (such as medical emergencies), subject to review.

• • Missed Sessions: No refunds will be issued for missed sessions unless rescheduled in advance with at least 24-hour notice.

• • Trial Lessons: You do not have any obligation to pay us for the first two-hour trial lesson in the unlikely event that you choose not to continue with our live online prep.

c. Live Group Lessons

For live group lessons hosted on third-party platforms integrated with our website:

• • Before the Course Starts: If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the group course starts, you are eligible for a full refund.

• • After the Course Starts: No refunds will be issued once the group course has commenced, except in canceled trial lessons or exceptional circumstances as reviewed by Mcfedututors.

• • Session Cancellations by Us: If a live group lesson is canceled or rescheduled by us and you are unable to attend the new time, you are eligible for a full refund.

• • Trial Lessons: The group or you do not have any obligation to pay us for the first two-hour trial lesson in the unlikely event that you choose not to continue with our live online prep.

d. Free Preparatory Quizzes on our Website

Our free quizzes are provided at no cost, and no payment or refunds apply to this service.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

• • Any custom or personalized services (e.g., application assistance, individual coaching plans).

• • Any services where content has been fully accessed or delivered.

4. Refund Process

• • Transaction ID/Receipt Number

Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In exceptional cases such as medical emergencies or significant changes in personal situations, we may review refund requests beyond the standard policy on a case-by-case basis.
